This year, campaigners and activists around the world are uniting to demand action on unjust debt. It’s the biggest movement for debt cancellation in a generation – and with nine in ten debt contracts between private lenders and lower-income countries overseen by UK law, the government here could play a big role in tackling the crisis. Together, we can make them listen – and act.
