Lower Haight Spring Art Walk 🌼🎨


Join me in celebrating the creativity and culture of the Lower Haight at the Spring Art Walk on Saturday, April 5, from 5–8 PM! Stroll down Haight Street and enjoy live music, local art, and great food and drinks from our neighborhood’s fantastic bars, merchants, and restaurants. Night of Ideas 💡 2025 @ SF Public Library & Asian Art Museum


Night of Ideas is back! The theme “(Un)Common Ground” invites us to consider the values and resources that bind us together. In an increasingly digital world, how can we foster authentic interpersonal connection? Given a polarized political landscape, where are our opportunities for dialogue? As extreme weather threatens our planet, how can we preserve the land beneath our feet?


This year’s theme explores the vital role of civil society in mediating our differences and charting a shared destiny.


Join Villa Albertine San Francisco, KQED, the Asian Art Museum, San Francisco Public Library, along with artistic curating partner Circuit Network, for an inspiring marathon of talks, live performances, workshops, food, art, and collective imagination!

SFFD Neighborhood Emergency Response Team


Safety is fun, too! If you're a Hayes Valley resident, the San Francisco Fire Department is organizing a NERT training on Monday, April 7 at 5:30 pm at Openhouse at 77 Laguna. Public Safety can only improve when we have NERT team members in place during a natural disaster. If you want to help lead efforts of the local NERT Team, be sure to sign up.
