But let’s be clear: The challenges we face aren’t going away. Extremist Republicans and this administration have already shown us their priorities.
They want to gut Social Security and Medicare, slash funding for the programs families rely on, and pass tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy.
They’re doubling down on efforts to roll back reproductive rights, threatening to impose a national abortion ban, and refusing to take action to lower the cost of healthcare and prescription drugs.
And with a presidential administration willing to push the boundaries of democracy itself, we have to stay vigilant.
