Hey John,
This is Gerry Connolly, a founding member of SEEC!

As one of the 35 charter members of SEEC in 2009, I have been honored to see it grow into the legislative and environmental force it has become. In addition to being a SEEC member, I’m also the Ranking Member on the House Oversight Committee – where I have been holding Trump and MAGA to task for their unconstitutional attacks on our environmental agencies.
I, as well as our other climate champions in Congress, are what’s standing in the way of Trump and environmental devastation.
Since Trump has been elected, here are just a few of the resistance efforts we’ve led as a coalition:
* I was proud to launch a probe into Elon Musk’s role in tampering with our federal agencies.
* SEEC Co-Chair Rep. Paul Tonko led the protests at EPA and NOAA.
* As a group, we condemned and raised public attention about EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin’s recommendation of striking down the landmark Endangerment Finding which serves as the foundation for EPA’s ability to regulate carbon pollution.
John, will you split a donation between me and SEEC PAC to ensure that we have the resources we need to continue our critical work? [[link removed]]

Trump is only going to become more dangerous over the rest of his term, and he will keep hacking away at our environmental protections. We cannot let him win.
Your donation will help us keep up the fight and elect even more pro-climate champions in 2026 and beyond – stopping Trump in his tracks and strengthening our ranks. So, are you with us? [[link removed]]
Stand With Us [[link removed]]Thank you for standing with us,
Rep. Gerry Connolly
Thanks to your help in 2024, SEEC PAC was able to re-elect over 95% of our pro-environment members to the U.S. House of Representatives — defying the odds on a night where Democrats lost seats. Now we are counting on you to help our SEEC members pass climate, clean energy and environmental justice policies in the 119th Congress while we continue fighting for a sustainable future. But if you'd like to receive fewer emails, we understand.
