Good afternoon fellow climate activists,

Can you spare a couple of hours to save our world? 350 Chicago will be joining a wide ranging coalition to protest the actions of the Trump - Musk regime!

Join us in Daley Plaza at noon this Saturday in delivering a loud and clear message of defiance: Hands Off!

April 5 is a critical all-in moment for the pro-democracy, pro-worker movement to forcefully reject Trump-Musk’s corrupt and illegal power grab as they threaten voting rights and civil liberties, gut human services, raise prices, and race to slash Medicaid, Social Security, attack environmental laws and clean energy programs at the EPA and more to pay for their billionaire tax cut.

The Chicago rally and march is part of a national mass activation to fight back against the billionaire takeover and the MAGA Republican assault on our freedoms and our communities. We are joining with the Chicago Federation of Labor, Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, Equality Illinois, Sierra Club, Personal PAC and many other organizations to Rise Up and Fight Back!

In major cities and small towns in every state, the people are rising up on April 5 to say Hands Off!

Enough is enough. It is time for all of us in Chicago to rise up and fight back for what we believe in. 350 Chicago is joining with other groups here and across the country as part of the national Hands Off! Day of Action. This will be a nonviolent, broad-based action bringing all of us together from many different causes, communities and issue areas, as the attacks from Trump are impacting us all. But we need you to do more than be present. We need you to bring your family and friends and to urge your neighbors to join us in making our voices heard. Everyone of us who cares about our city, our nation, and our planet must show Trump and Musk that we will not sit by as they attack everything we hold dear. It's time to say HANDS OFF!
