John,

We've been fighting the Deep State's unconstitutional, deceptive tactics to undermine the conservative agenda for years. Now the spying, unmasking, and bureaucratic abuses are coming to light.

Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein just testified before the Senate about spying on Americans, FBI deception, and numerous Deep State abuses.

Rosenstein even testified he would not have signed the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to spy on an American citizen if he knew then what he knows now. Then former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe accused Rosenstein of perjury.

Deep State actors are turning on each other.

We're in court against the Deep State in multiple corruption cases RIGHT NOW. And we're winning.

But as we work to expose and defeat the Deep State in court, we need YOU.

It's startling. Islamic radicals have escalated their deadly campaign against Nigeria's Christians, doubling the destruction of life.

We just filed TWO critical written submissions to the U.N. Human Rights Council. The first urges world leaders to quash the despicable violence against Nigerian Christians.

The other requests pressure on Nigeria to free Christian teen Leah Sharibu from captivity for her faith.

We also just filed a critical submission at the U.N. concerning China's continuous attack on religious freedom and urging intervention for Christian Pastor John Cao - a U.S. permanent resident - currently wrongfully imprisoned in China.

We've all witnessed the turmoil across our nation this week. The death of George Floyd is an injustice. As ACLJ Policy Director Harry Hutchison explains, violence is not the appropriate response and, in fact, causes even more harm to the disadvantaged. Americans deserve the rule of law, not chaos.

God Bless,
