John,

Preachers are being JAILED. Churches are being SHUT DOWN.

And it's happening in American cities – from Chicago to LA. As shocking as this sounds, the war on your Christian faith is spreading more rapidly than anyone knows.

As Christians, it's our sacred duty to battle back. Your ACLJ is taking aggressive legal action in court, and we're winning.

JUST THIS WEEK, we got two MAJOR victories. First, a court ruled that a school that banned our client, a teacher, from praying anywhere students could see her likely violated the Constitution. Then, LA responded to our demand letter – after it tried to shut down a church – agreeing to completely rescind its unconstitutional policy.

Now, we're in court representing two more preachers from Chicago who were arrested and thrown in jail for sharing their faith in Jesus, and our next court deadlines are looming. And an HOA missed its deadline to comply with our demand letter after it banned home Bible studies, so we're filing a lawsuit later this week.

I'm going to be blunt. We could lose everything we've achieved at the Supreme Court for decades if we don't fight back now.

That's why I need your help TODAY, John. These monumental legal challenges require immense resources to win in court. TODAY we are launching our April Life & Liberty Drive. Have your gift DOUBLED.
