🏥 Gen Z deserves legislation that tackles the cost of living and secures healthcare as a human right — we deserve a life full of opportunity and that includes affordable housing and a full-range of accessible healthcare.

🌏 Our generation is also distinctly aware of the ever-present and rapidly accelerating climate crisis, and we believe that we can elect leaders who prioritize protecting our planet. Our environment is worth the investment, and it’s up to us to take care of it. 

👷 Protecting education means protecting public education, investing in the wrap-around resources that allow students to thrive, and protecting the free speech and the right to peacefully assemble of the next generation of leaders. We also need to invest in the non-four-year degree pathways to education like the trades and technical education to truly equip Gen Z to be the workforce of tomorrow. 

⚖️ We’re on a mission to get dark money OUT of politics. That means addressing the legacy of Citizens United that prioritizes money of people in shaping our futures. Then we can crack down on corrupt governance, protect and expand voting rights, and shape our democracy for the better. We’re committed to supporting opportunities for self-determination and statehood for Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and all other US territories. 

🖋️ We’re also fighting for leaders who will work for peace at home and abroad, stand up to authoritarianism, and stop writing blank checks to countries and regimes breaking international humanitarian law. By prioritizing humanitarian aid, conflict resolution, and supporting our allies across the globe, we can increase global stability and promote democracy on the world stage.

🏘️ Our generation also deserves leaders who will stand up to protect our local communities. That means implementing criminal justice reforms that ensure fairness that are rooted in rehabilitation. That also means implementing reforms to our broken immigration system that respect the dignity of immigrants and asylum seekers, keep families together, and expand accessible pathways to citizenship.
