It’s time to celebrate!

Last night, Wisconsinites elected Judge Susan Crawford, protecting progressive control of the battleground state’s highest court. And today, we’re celebrating!

We worked hard for this win, and it wouldn’t have been possible without you. Together, the Stand Up America community wrote over 17,000 letters and committed to over 2,000 volunteer shifts to turn out voters. Now, we can reap the rewards of that hard work.

Wisconsin may not be your home state, but what happens there affects all of us. Putting Judge Crawford on the bench ensures Wisconsin will be a safeguard against Trump and Musk’s authoritarian agenda and will protect the freedom to vote in 2026 and 2028.

And the icing on the cake? Together, we ensured that Elon wasted his money and sent a clear message to MAGA billionaires attacking our freedoms and our democracy: we will not be bought.

This was the most expensive judicial race in U.S. history thanks to Elon Musk. Over $100 million was spent on this race, and at least $20 million of that was from Musk and groups affiliated with him. He used that money to spread misinformation and attempt to bribe voters. Judge Crawford’s win proves that money power doesn’t compare to the power of the people.

So take a moment to celebrate. This was one of many fights against Trump and Musk’s power grab. Let this victory fuel you and remind you of OUR power. Together, we’ll continue to prove that democracy—in Wisconsin and across the country—is not for sale.
