Two great things to do as we move into this weekend.
The Harker Heights Parks and Recreation Department is excited for the kickoff of our Summer Music Series this Friday, April 4, and our Arts Festival this Saturday, April 5. Visit Carl Levin Park on 400 Miller’s Crossing in Harker Heights for these fun activities. Check the flyers for details and times.
The Arts Festival will feature local artists, explore diverse mediums, and see the community’s artistic spirit! Visit with vendors and see what unique artistic items you can find. Or stop by one of our food vendors for a quick bite to eat.
Bring the kiddos for a fun art-related activity provided by the Harker Heights Public Library. We will have performances by Glen Meloy starting at 5:00 pm, with wine being sold by the Salado Winery and beer sold by the VFW 3892!
