Everyone focuses on what happens in Washington, but very few look at what’s
taking place at the state and local levels.

What happens at the state and local levels can be even more important than
what happens at the federal level.In fact, it’s where some of the most egregious
2A violations take place.Just look at New York, California, and Illinois as
prime examples.
