Cory Booker has been speaking on the Senate floor for over 22 hours to protest Trump’s "complete disregard for the rule of law, the Constitution, and the needs of the American people."

Throughout this marathon speech, he has been supported by fellow Democratic senators including Andy Kim (NJ), Elizabeth Warren (MA), Chris Murphy (CT), Raphael Warnock (GA) ,Ed Markey (MA), Peter Welch (VT), Chris Van Hollen (MD), Ben Ray Luján (NM), and others!

As a result, outlets like The Washington Post are reporting his powerful words in space that would otherwise have been filled with Trump's hate and vitriol:

"John Lewis and so many heroes before us would say that this is the time to stand up, to speak up. This is the time to get in some good trouble, to get into necessary trouble. I can’t allow this body to continue without doing something different, speaking out."

Cory Booker is speaking for all of us right now.

He’s sharing the stories of veterans who have lost their jobs. He’s giving voice to the millions of people terrified that they – and their children – will lose their health care and Social Security.

On the Senate floor moments ago, he said, "This is an American moral moment," and asked:

"This is a question of where do we stand for healthcare?

"Where do we stand for Social Security?

"Where do we stand for VA benefits?

Cory Booker is showing Democrats how to fight back.

Show your support here by donating $1 each to Senator Booker and other Democratic senators standing with him on this bold move.

Thanks for fighting in this moment.
