The administration is trying to abruptly cut off essential support for a wide range of urgent public health needs.
Breaking news: Today, I filed my ninth lawsuit against the Trump administration. If I have your support, can you pitch in to our campaign?

This time, I’m suing to stop the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), led by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr, from unlawfully terminating $11 billion in critical public health funding.
By abruptly ending federal grants for state and local health agencies, the administration is cutting off essential support for a wide range of urgent public health needs, including:
❌ Identifying, tracking, and addressing infectious diseases
❌ Ensuring access to vaccines
❌ Modernizing public health infrastructure
This funding was already appropriated by Congress in response to the devastating COVID-19 pandemic to ensure our country is better prepared for future public health emergencies. Not only will these cuts hurt our nation’s public health infrastructure, but they will hinder our ability to weather new pandemics and put our children, seniors, and communities at risk.
This is NOT the way to ‘Make America Healthy Again.' It’s dangerous and it’s unlawful, which is why I’m suing.
If you have my back in the fight to stop Trump, RFK Jr, and the administration from sabotaging our country’s public health, chip in $5 now.
