To help support our regular group meditations on Manifest Nirvana, Andrew is giving an in-depth introduction to this core practice, specifically in the context of enlightenment.

Andrew teaches that there are three dimensions to both enlightened awareness and meditation:

Unconditional trustPaying attentionLetting go

Unconditional trust, or unconditional faith, means a fundamental or core existential trust in life itself.

Paying attention is the profound capacity to be peripherally and subtly aware, to be able to pay attention to the totality of experience.

Letting go means letting go of everything, perpetually. It does not mean letting go of this or that. It means letting go utterly and ceaselessly, in such a way that there is no gap of time.
