This is urgent: The Trump Administration is freezing $35 million in Title X Funding, a move that will leave eight states without ANY federal family planning dollars – and Virginia is among the states affected.

As stated by author Jessica Valenti from Abortion, Every Day, the funding that was supposed to be distributed on April 1st impacts several critical organizations, including Planned Parenthood, and was to be used to provide reproductive care as well as STI testing, cancer screenings, and more.
People who depend on this affordable care will be stripped of access, putting millions at risk. This is a blatant attempt to cause chaos, dismantle public health, and hurt low-income Americans.
We are disgusted. This is just the beginning of the Trump Administration’s agenda to strip away abortion access and roll back our rights. We must be prepared to fight back – and one way to do that is by electing pro-choice candidates and enshrining access in the Virginia State Constitution.
