In an era marked by the resurgence of authoritarianism, a countervailing force has emerged: the vibrant and persistent activism of feminist movements worldwide. The encroachment of authoritarianism, with its restriction on civil liberties and the rollback of hard-won rights, casts a long shadow. Yet, within this challenging landscape, feminist movements are our fortitude, a testament to the enduring power of collective action.

Across the globe, we are witnessing ([link removed]) a powerful wave of feminist organizing. From the streets of Poland to the U.S. and the heart of Istanbul, feminist movements are marching to ignite change, demand justice, and reimagine a world where equality is not a dream but a reality.
* In Poland, activists opened a center across from the parliament building in Warsaw where people can go to have access to safe abortions.
* In Istanbul, thousands took to the streets calling for the preservation of democracy.
* In the United States, trans movements are organizing against increasing discrimination and hateful legislation.
