• The Secretary of State released new voter registration numbers showing that California Republicans increased at a rate 11x faster than Democrats 
• A new poll showed that nearly 50% of Californians are open to voting for a Republican governor 
• California Republicans won over 50% of the vote in a special election, successfully electing a Republican to the State Senate
