Hi John, Team Chrissy here. We have less than 5 hours to close the concerning gap on our end-of-quarter goal ahead of our critical midnight deadline. We knew these next four years would be tough – but I think it’s safe to say that it’s even worse than we expected. Americans across the country are seeing firsthand how reckless and dangerous this Administration is to our values, our national security, and our democracy. You know it, we know it, and even Republicans know it. But so far, they won’t act. Just look at these headlines:

Republicans are scared of facing primary challengers funded by Elon Musk, scared of hearing from their constituents, and scared of political retribution and violence from MAGA extremists.

We saw President Trump incite political violence on January 6 and we’ve seen Elon Musk use his online social media platform X, and his billions, to get his way. It's clear why so many Congressional Republicans are afraid to stick their necks out.  

But we’re scared of what’s happening in our country, too, and we’re doing the right thing and speaking out. So are many of you. So even though Republicans are scared to speak out, despite having full control of Congress and the White House, that doesn't mean Democrats aren't fighting back.

We're fighting to hold President Trump and his allies accountable – and we're counting on you to help us, John. Please, will you chip in $5 – or whatever you can spare – before midnight tonight so Chrissy can close the gap on her end-of-quarter goal and keep up the fight?
