John, it's the Kansas Democrats with bad news.

Last week, Governor Kelly vetoed legislation that would result in thousands of ballots from lawfully registered voters being thrown in the trash during high-turnout elections. 🗑️

But extremist leaders in the legislature used their supermajorities to overturn the veto, eliminating the bipartisan three-day grace period for mail-in ballots to arrive after Election Day.

John, we need to protect the rights of Kansans, and that starts with electing common-sense representatives who will stand up for us.

The Kansas Democrats are working now to help flip seats, hold the Governor's office, and protect the veto next year, but the impact of our work this early in the game depends on investments and early support from our grassroots coalition.
