As the clock ticks towards tonight’s Quarter 1 Deadline, we are amidst two powerful currents: the first is the long-overdue change sweeping our state and our country; the second is the utter desperation of our opponents, whose tactics have become more aggressive and shameful than anything we’ve ever faced.

The radical far-left group "Indivisible" has launched a full-fledged harassment campaign aimed at me, my staff, and our constituents. They organize thousands of calls to my office every week to try to interfere with our constituent service. They show up at the office waiving obscene signs. They try to get ahold of my schedule so they can create disruptions.

They organize fake events: putting a life-size cardboard cutout of me on stage, calling radical activists from far and wide, then sending the footage (with inflated numbers) to Rachel Maddow and other media sympathizers to advance an absurd and fictional narrative.

As outrageous as this all is, we are not letting them stop us for a moment. We are fighting back and staying focused. We are notching victory after victory in spite of their tactics. But I need your support to keep them at bay.

In addition to Indivisible, which has real funding behind it, the House Majority PAC has announced I am on their "target list" for the upcoming election. And the left-wing group "Emily’s List" has put us "on notice" for the next cycle. Ads have already begun airing against us; billboards attacking me have been set up in the district.

A strong Q1 showing – our first and most important financial report of the election cycle – will show that we are undeterred and prepared for whatever they throw at us. While their radical disruptions have grown like a rolling snowball in recent weeks, today we can change that. A major outpouring of support today will be a powerful flash of sunshine.

The stakes truly could not be higher. Everything we have worked so hard for is on the line. The movement we have built to restore sanity in California, and across the country, is succeeding against all odds. We are Newsom-proofing California, and it is a new day in America.

It is precisely because we have been so effective in propelling change that our opponents have become so aggressive in targeting us. That makes our next move crucial: We must show that our movement of patriotic California citizens is stronger than the ever.

This comes as Newsom is already preparing for a 2028 presidential run and as Kamala is about to launch her 2026 campaign for Governor. Everything we’ve achieved together to restore sanity could be turned on its head. We could awaken to a true political nightmare: Newsom and Kamala.

Each of them knows that we stand in the way. We punctured Newsom’s presidential bubble in 2024 and then warned the rest of the nation that Kamala was no better. So now, of course, they desperately want us out of the way. That’s yet another reason we’re facing such forceful currents of opposition, why they’re targeting us so obsessively.
