The Pennsylvania primary on Tuesday marked the beginning of the all-out sprint to the general election – and the painful events of the past few weeks have only underlined how critical it is to make sure Vice President Joe Biden can continue building momentum every day between now and November.

We are in a crisis of leadership, and Joe recognizes that. In a speech earlier this week, he showed our country what real, empathetic leadership looks like in the face of nationwide grief and outrage:

It's never been more clear that we need new leadership in the White House, and I know we can count on Joe to bring us together and deliver the change we desperately need to build a more equal and just future for our country. But Joe can't defeat President Donald Trump without our help.
