Planned Parenthood continues to exploit tax payers

Last week I asked you to sign a petition in support of several U.S. Senators who are demanding Planned Parenthood affiliates return federal coronavirus funds to the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) is helping lead the charge against Planned Parenthood and said([link removed]), “Under the statutory text of the CARES Act, organizations like these affiliates [such as Planned Parenthood] were expressly prohibited from receiving PPP funds.”

Lankford and other senators sent a ([link removed])to U.S. Attorney General William Barr urging him “to investigate the activities of dozens of Planned Parenthood affiliates([link removed]) that reportedly applied for and received approximately $80 million in loans from the Paycheck Protection Program, despite actual knowledge that they were ineligible for such loans.”

Supporting these senators against Planned Parenthood is critical because 160 members of Congress are fighting for Planned Parenthood([link removed]) to keep your tax dollars.

Reports([link removed]) indicate that the Small Business Administration (SBA) that dispersed the funds has already demanded Planned Parenthood affiliates return the money or face “severe penalties.”

"Of course, Schumer's attacks were ‘inappropriate’ and ‘wrong!’ He should be CENSURED," Hawley tweeted Friday, in response to a video of CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin, who stated Schumer's remarks sounded "like a physical threat."

Co-sponsored by 14 senators, Hawley’s resolution claims Schumer’s comments were "an attempt to unduly influence the judicial decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States… ."

We agree with Hawley. And we agree that Schumer should be censured for his dangerous and inappropriate comments.

TAKE ACTION
