Listen, I hate email tactics used by most campaigns, and I don’t really like sending fundraising emails myself. You know many of my emails are about giving updates and getting involved, like our Patriot Weekly Newsletter, and not bland fundraising asks.

I won’t fill your inbox with urgent “sky is falling” email tactics and fake matches. The majority of the emails my team has sent this year has been to inform you of what’s happening in Washington, and give you the opportunity to engage with the issues. I’m proud of that.

So I hope you know that when I email you in the big moments (like this one), it’s because your support really does make a difference in ensuring our campaign has the resources we need to win down the line.
