Friend,
When I was in combat, when I ran for Congress, and when I was sworn in to represent the people of Michigan, there has been one phrase that has kept me focused:
We’re not finished.
I served on the frontlines of Iraq as an Apache helicopter pilot. Serving our country was the honor of a lifetime. And when I got home for the final time, I had a new appreciation for the American Dream.
But I wasn’t finished.
I grew a business, grew my family, and grew in my faith.
I took the leap to run for office, and when the Democrat establishment got in the way of a Republican victory in Michigan, I didn’t quit.
I KEPT going.
I won my race for Congress, but that accomplishment didn’t mean anything without results. I wasn’t finished, and I spent my first term DELIVERING for the people of Michigan.
When I ran for re-election, I knew there was no room for error. I earned the trust of my constituents and won by a larger margin than before.
Now, after being sworn in another time, I still haven’t rested.
I am delivering for my constituents and still fighting off the Democrats’ attacks every single day.
Now, if you know me, you know my least favorite part of campaigning is asking for contributions. As a combat veteran, I don’t love the thought of asking ANYONE for help.
But our mission is bigger than my feelings, and it’s bigger than me. We are trying to bring back a strong America that we can leave to our children, and that takes more than just one person to do.
Here’s why I’m reaching out today. I am currently facing a looming fundraising deadline, and I’ve fallen critically behind.
We are staring in the face of a major failure if we can’t get this done.
The Democrats are raising MILLIONS to try and oust me just as we’re falling short of our end-of-quarter goal TOMORROW at MIDNIGHT.
I know we’re not finished, but I need your support to keep going. Can you pitch in now so we can meet our end-of-quarter goal and SAVE our great nation before it’s too late?
