We had our first quarterly membership meeting of the year last weekend – and I wanted to make sure you were read in on what we discussed.
We all know what’s at stake. Trump and Musk are cutting funding from the veteran’s administration. They’re cutting medical benefits for nursing homes. They’re attempting to eliminate the Department of Education.
But this is how we fight back against Trump and Musk: by winning elections and electing Democrats.
Our action plan is clear: we need to get out there and do the work of winning the elections.
And that’s where you come in, folks. We have our first End of Quarter fundraising deadline of the cycle coming up on Monday at midnight, and we have a goal of raising $10,000 from grassroots sources before the deadline. Look, I don’t know what will happen 2 years from now, but I know we can effectively win elections with the municipal elections that are coming up next week.
