John.
More than 1,000 people turned out and tuned in to our second Resistance
Lab training today, where we took a deep dive into how democracies die and
how we can fight to keep ours alive.
At this moment in our history, it’s scenes like this one that give me
hope. ✊🏾
As the Trump administration continues down the path of authoritarianism,
it’s critical that we prepare to resist. That’s what our Resistance Lab
trainings are about — preparing folks to engage in nonviolence resistance
in opposition to Trump’s authoritarian, billionaire-first agenda.
This is only the beginning,
John. But to sustain this
momentum and continue growing our movement, I’m counting on your
grassroots support.
Tomorrow night we’re coming up on a critical end-of-quarter fundraising
deadline. It’s the first one since Donald Trump took office and we’ll be
publicly reporting our fundraising numbers, so we need to show the energy
of this movement.
