Yesterday I held a town hall in Orange County for the people that Republican Young Kim has been hiding from. After speaking with them for nearly two hours and answering their questions I can see why she’s afraid to face them.
People are furious with her and House Republicans for bowing down to Donald Trump and Elon Musk and selling out the American People in the process. They are allowing the destruction of Social Security, Medicaid, the Department of Education, Foreign Aid, and so much more. And even worse, they are doing all this while refusing to look their constituents in the eyes and answer their questions.

[[link removed]]The American People deserve better than what Republicans are giving them right now. While they are working hard day in and day out to make ends meet for their families, Republicans are selling them out to give more tax breaks to billionaires like Elon Musk. And the lack of respect they have for their constituents to not even face them is down right shameful.
Hopefully the town hall we just did will be a wake up call for Young Kim and we will see her grow a spine and start to oppose some of the insane damage Trump and Musk are causing. But I won’t hold my breath.
Next up on our Republican Town Hall Tour, I will be heading to Ken Calvert’s district in the Palm Desert area. I’m currently working on details for this event and will be sure to keep you posted once it’s finalized. But for now I’m hoping you can help.

I am going to continue holding these town halls because they are important. The most basic duty of elected officials is to hear from, and respond to, those you represent. And if Republicans won’t do it, I will. And I am so thankful to have your support as we make sure the American people are heard.
