The GOP wants to turn back time. We’re looking forward.
Since retaking unified control of the government, the GOP has continued its march to turn back time and roll back all of the hard fought progress we made in the last four years and even before that, John.
They often seek to label progressives as “extreme” — but we figured we’d ask you — does any of this sound extreme? ⬇️
- Investing in public education, schools, and standing with teachers 🏫
- Passing common sense gun regulations to combat the nation’s gun violence epidemic 🔫
- Pushing for cleaner air, water, and a Green New Deal that will effectively address the climate crisis with the urgency it deserves 🌲💧
- Providing high-quality, low-cost healthcare for all 🏥
- Strengthening our democracy to withstand relentless, autocratic attacks from the far-right 🏛️
- Building an economy that works for *everyone* — and not just the ultra wealthy 💰
If this makes us “extreme”, we proudly welcome the label.
Unlike the GOP, our progressive movement is seeking to meet the current political moment with policies and solutions that will uplift working families and communities.
We know things feel grim right now, John. But we’re optimistic about the future. Since the start of 2025, Democrats have outperformed expectations in nearly every state election — and we’re seeking to capitalize on this momentum this year and beyond.
But we’ll need your help to continue netting these victories. Please pitch in $5 or anything you can spare today to support our slate of grassroots organizations who are building the momentum and consensus we need to confront Trumpism head-on.
Your contributions will be split between the following organizations: Justice Democrats, Sister District, Squad Victory Fund, and Sunrise Movement.
