| In the latest round of attacks on environmental protections from the Trump administration, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin proposed the “biggest environmental rollback in history.” His 31-part order directs the agency to begin gutting federal rules to safeguard our health, air, water, and climate. |
| Zeldin is abandoning the EPA’s mandate to protect the health of the American people and granting the wish list of fossil fuel industries from coal-fired power plants to oil and gas drillers. |
| Earthjustice has successfully defended many of these safeguards in court, and we’ll do so again.
