John,

It’s been a busy week fighting to protect pregnancy resource centers and
standing up for our rural communities. Here’s a brief look at the important
work we are doing in Congress to advance our conservative values and President
Trump’s America First agenda.

This week, I proudly introduced the Let Pregnancy Centers Serve Act alongside
my colleagues Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) and Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ). This
legislation aims to protect and temporarily fund nearly three thousand
pregnancy resource centers across the country. These centers provide medical
guidance, financial aid, and support for expectant mothers. THESE are the
organizations we should be uplifting—not Planned Parenthood. Being pro-life
starts with equipping expectant mothers with resources, guidance, and
confidence to prepare for the birth of their child. I am excited to work with
my Republican counterparts to get this act signed into law.

President Trump continues to deliver on his campaign promises. Just this week,
he signed an executive order that would require proof of citizenship to
register to vote in federal elections. This policy is common sense, and it’s
high time we enforce proof of citizenship to register to vote. So next week,
the House is scheduled to take up theSafeguard American Voter Eligibility
(SAVE) Act, which I have cosponsored twice. Now that we have a Republican
majority in the House and Senate, there is no excuse not to codify this
election integrity policy into law.

I applaud President Trump, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and the brave federal
and local law enforcement officials who carried out the arrest of an MS-13 gang
leader Thursday in Virginia. We finally have an administration that is
listening to the American people and working across federal agencies to secure
our border and reduce crime in our communities. This arrest sends a clear
message: violent criminals who are here illegally have no place in our
neighborhoods.

As always, thank you for your continued trust and support. Don’t hesitate to
reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with anything.

With gratitude,
