PACT Discusses Former North Dakota Senator Sentencing: Last summer, Lori Cohen, PACT CEO, interviewed with North Dakota Monitor regarding a former North Dakota senator, who traveled abroad and sexually exploited young boys. This week, in light of the sentencing, she went on News & Views with Joel Heitkamp to discuss the federal law, the importance of recognizing that boys, too, can be victims of sexual exploitation, and how PACT will continue to advocate to protect all children, including boys.

“We always talk about boys as perpetrators, but we need to give space to recognize them as victims. We need to make opportunities for them to seek help.”
