Nothing we do can return his life and take away the pain his family and our communities carry. Justice must be served.
It’s 2020, not 1920, yet still, in America, racism in its many forms persists.
We have work to do. And we owe it to ourselves, our nation, and especially communities of color, to do it.
America needs leadership in times of crisis, not petulance, vanity, and an utter lack of empathy.
