Cardinal Burke will offer the Operation Storm Heaven Holy Mass LIVE this Tuesday, April 1. The Holy Mass will be live-streamed from the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, Wisconsin at 7:00 AM (Central Time). This Holy Mass will be private and can only be viewed through the livestream.

You now have an opportunity to submit all of your intentions that are deep within your heart.

As Holy Week and Easter Sunday will soon be upon us, now is the time to prepare for your Easter duty, which requires Catholics to receive Holy Communion at least once during the Easter Season. 

The Catechism of the Catholic Church adds that this Easter duty for Catholics should be preceded by confession.

“The Church obliges the faithful to take part in the Divine Liturgy on Sundays and feast days and, prepared by the sacrament of Reconciliation, to receive the Eucharist at least once a year, if possible, during the Easter season. But the Church strongly encourages the faithful to receive the Holy Eucharist on Sundays and feast days, or more often still, even daily.” (CCC 1389)

For faithful Catholics who receive Holy Communion frequently, this is a reminder to clean your soul, not just your house before Easter. Making a good confession before Holy Thursday is a beautiful way to prepare for the reception of the Holy Eucharist at the Easter Vigil or Easter Sunday.
