View as Webpage Justice for Unborn Babies Needed to Right the Injustice of a Pro-Abortion Unelected Administrative Commissioner In our communities we are seeking safety from the coronavirus as well as other threats to our health. And during this time of unrest on many fronts, unborn babies are just trying to stay alive in the safety of their mother’s wombs. They just want to bring joy and the miracle of birth into the homes of their moms and dads and be a blessing to each family. But on Friday morning, May 29, one lone Administrative Commissioner, Sreenivasa Rao Dandamudi, not elected by the people of Missouri and whose term expired two years ago, decided that the Director of the Department of Health and Senior Services for the State of Missouri is not qualified to review and make a decision on issuing a license for the Planned Parenthood in St. Louis. Over the years, that Planned Parenthood has broken Missouri laws and has put women at risk with their multiple recurring infractions. They say they are targeted when the fact is that they are the law breakers. They put women’s safety and health at great risk. The unelected Administrative Commissioner went on to declare that because Dr. Randall Williams, a practicing OBGYN for over 30 years and the Director of the Department of Health and Senior Services for Missouri, does not perform abortions, his testimony concerning the care of pregnant women is not credible. According to Dandamudi, the only credible testimony comes from those performing abortions in the St. Louis Planned Parenthood clinic -- self-interested abortionists who profit from the killing of babies. In essence, Administrative Commissioner Dandamudi has negated any oversight of the abortion industry. This is not justice, it is not common sense and it goes against our justice system as a whole. We call upon our State pro-life leaders to correct this injustice, this slap in the face to our Department of Health and Senior Services, and take action to protect women from being harmed at the Planned Parenthood in St. Louis. _____________ Link: Missouri’s lone abortion clinic granted victory in license renewal fight Life Links U.S. Blocks UN Agreement Over Pro-Life Concerns, UN Member States Ignore Link - The U.S. Mission to the United Nations has rejected a draft agreement on humanitarian assistance for emergencies, including the COVID-19 pandemic, that would have given cover for UN agencies to promote abortion.
