We know it’s probably getting hard to keep up with all of the unlawful and harmful actions President Donald Trump and his MAGA administration are taking against our Constitution and our communities.
That’s part of the problem: they’re flooding the zone and trying to keep us overwhelmed. But don’t worry: Rob is on top of it.
This week alone, Rob took the following legal actions against this administration’s attempt to roll back our rights and hurt California families:
- Sought a court order to block the mass firing of U.S. Department of Education employees and the attempt to dismantle this critical federal agency that supports our children’s K-12 education, student aid, services for students with disabilities, civil rights enforcement, vocational training, and more.
- Led a coalition of 23 attorneys general asking the courts to enforce an order requiring the Trump administration to unfreeze millions of dollars in FEMA funding for critical emergency preparedness and disaster relief.
- Filed an amicus brief supporting a challenge to the administration’s plan to terminate the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Haitians and Venezuelans, which would strip more than 50% of all TPS holders of legal protections that allow them to live lawfully in the U.S. after escaping dangerous conditions in their home countries.
Rob has also spoken out against the Trump administration’s potential rollback of abortion care for veterans and their families, and opposed the President’s illegal executive order that could make voting in our elections more difficult.
As long as Rob is California’s Attorney General, he will not give up or sit back while Trump, his cabinet, or anyone else attacks our freedoms and defies the rule of law.
But there’s more work to do than hours in a day, so Rob has less time than ever before to think about fundraising. Can he count on you to give a grassroots donation of $5 or more to ensure we reach our end-of-quarter goal before March ends?

Thanks for having Rob’s back while he has ours!
