Notice of State Land Exchange Proposal for A Parcel Located in Campbell County

The Office of State Lands and Investments ("OSLI"), on behalf of the State Board of Land Commissioners ("Board"), has initiated the administrative review and analysis process related to a proposed land exchange. Specifically, Quentin Kissack has expressed interest in exchanging a deeded parcel in Campbell County, described as:

Township 50 North, Range 69 West, 6th P.M.,
Campbell County, Wyoming Section 17: SENE. 
Containing approximately 40 acres.

for a State Land parcel located in Campbell, County, described as:

Township 50 North, Range 69 West, 6th P.M.,
Campbell County, Wyoming.  Section 16: NWNW. 
Containing approximately 40 acres.

A Detailed Analysis of this exchange of real property has been completed.  As of March 28, 2025, this analysis is available for public review in the link, on OSLI's website, and at the OSLI office address provided below. 

This notice also initiates the required sixty (60) day public comment period.  Written public comments may be submitted by mail to the OSLI contact below or by email to [email protected].  The public comment period will end on May 27, 2025.

A public hearing will be held in Campbell County to solicit additional public comment.  Details will be announced at a later date.

This exchange of real property is expected to be considered at the Board's regular public meeting on June 5, 2025.
