ASA VP Owen Miller testified on March 28, 2025, before the Montana House Taxation Committee in support of HB 854 — a bill providing a tax credit to offset suppressor transfer taxes.
"If enacted, this legislation would encourage Montana residents to purchase these commonly owned hearing protection devices for use on their firearms," Miller said.
