Combating Antisemitism On College Campuses
This week, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee held a hearing to address the continued antisemitic attacks and harassment against Jewish students on college campuses.
Click here to view my full line of questioning on how the CCP is funding influence campaigns through groups like Code Pink, which are engaged in fueling antisemitic activity on college campuses.
Question Of The Week
I participated in a hearing this week where the Senate was investigating antisemitic activities and threats to Jewish students on college campuses. Do you believe more should be done to ensure Jewish students feel safe and free from intimidation on campus?
I recently introduced the College Employment Accountability Act. This legislation ensures federally funded colleges and universities comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 by requiring E-Verify participation. It also strengthens cooperation between the Departments of Education and Homeland Security to enforce immigration laws. Click here to learn more.
Ensuring Veterans’ Final Resting Place Act
This week, I introduced the Ensuring Veterans’ Final Resting Place Act of 2025.
Currently, veterans can receive VA burial benefits, including headstones, markers, or urns. However, those who choose an urn or plaque lose eligibility for burial in a VA cemetery, even if their spouse remains eligible.
This bill would allow veterans with VA-provided urns or plaques to be buried in VA national cemeteries if their families choose.Click here to learn more.
The FRIDGE Act
Senator John Fetterman (D- Pa.) and I introduced the Fortifying Refrigeration Infrastructure and Developing Global Exports (FRIDGE) Act.
This legislation directs the U.S. Department of Agriculture to secure contracts for needs assessments, training, and technical assistance to support infrastructure development, including cold chain storage, in emerging foreign markets.
Investing in supply chain infrastructure supports Hoosier farmers’ products and keeps America competitive. This legislation expands cold storage capacity, ensuring American agriculture reaches global markets without spoilage. Click here to learn more.
Cracking Down On Weight Loss Knockoffs
On Wednesday, I sent a letter to the FDA regarding unregulated and potentially dangerous active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) being shipped to the US from foreign countries and used in injectable weight loss drugs.
I requested detailed information about how the FDA will prevent unlawful APIs from entering the country and potentially harming Americans. Click here to learn more.
The Will Cain Show
NPR’s editorial staff has 87 registered Democrats and 0 Republicans.
I introduced a bill to stop tax dollars from funding this liberal propaganda.

Unaccountable Bureaucrats Have Failed Our Students
I fully support President Trump’s executive order closing the Department of Education. Unaccountable federal bureaucrats controlling American education has failed our students.
Our national reading and math scores are near historic lows while the average bureaucrat at the Dept of Ed makes twice as much as a teacher in Indiana.
That money should be sent back to the states to empower parents, teachers, and local leaders to make the best decisions for students.
Closure of the Department allows this to happen.
National Agriculture Day
Nearly two-thirds of Indiana is American farmland.
It's here that Hoosier farmers & producers work tirelessly to provide the food, clothes, & fuel that strengthen America.
Our ag industry is among the best in the world thanks to their hard work.
Hoosier Huddle
It was a great morning at Hoosier Huddle on Capitol Hill. It’s an honor to serve Indiana!
