This program aims to equip local organizers at the start of their careers with the skills and resources they need to succeed at making real change at the local level. 

Groundwork Project’s unique model of supporting hyperlocal organizing in historically excluded communities across the country, in partnership with the NAACP, is a critical component in The Organizing Accelerator. 

The program is designed by organizers, for organizers to form a powerful network of organizers, advocates and community leaders who can share resources and fuel the greater fights for civil rights, democracy protection, environmental justice and social justice in the most impacted communities across the country.
