Dear Illinois Republican Family,

Election Day is April 1—Vote Republican to Shape Your Community!

Local elections matter. The officials elected on April 1—mayors, city council members, school board representatives, and judges—directly impact our schools, public safety, local taxes, and infrastructure. These decisions affect our daily lives.

Your vote in your local elections holds great power. This is because so few voters vote in local elections, making your vote even more essential. Too often, voters sit out local elections, allowing the Left to take control of school boards, city councils, and key offices. The result? Higher taxes, soft-on-crime policies, and radical agendas in our schools. Low voter turnout means just a small percentage of people often determine these crucial outcomes.

You can still vote early through March 31, and we strongly encourage all Republicans to take advantage of this opportunity. Don’t let others decide the future of your community—make your voice heard by voting Republican on or before April 1!

If we are complacent, Illinois Democrats will continue pushing out-of-touch policies that hurt working families. JB Pritzker is once again wasting taxpayer dollars—not to fix the mess he’s created, but to attack President Trump. Instead of addressing the real issues facing Illinois, he’s launched what he calls the “Standing Up for Illinois Tour,” but in reality, it’s nothing more than a “Slandering Trump Tour.”

As crime surges, illegal immigrants flood into communities, and hardworking families struggle under the weight of crushing tax hikes, Pritzker is traveling across the state, lying about President Trump day after day. Rather than working to solve the problems he helped create, he’s using taxpayer money to fund a propaganda campaign aimed at distracting from his own failures.

He refuses to acknowledge the reality Illinoisans face. He won’t talk about the spike in crime making neighborhoods less safe. He won’t address the tens of thousands of illegal immigrants he’s welcomed, forcing communities to bear the burden. He ignores the tax hikes that continue to drive families and businesses out of the state. And he certainly won’t admit how Mayor Brandon Johnson, acting as a puppet for the Chicago Teachers Union, is running Chicago into the ground.

Pritzker’s tour isn’t about helping Illinois—it’s about advancing his own political ambitions. While the state struggles, he’s focused on laying the groundwork for his next move, dreaming of higher office instead of doing the job he was elected to do. Illinois deserves real leadership, not political theater at the expense of its people.

Illinois Republicans, it’s time to take action. Vote early or on April 1. Let's stop the radical Left in Illinois from causing even more damage to our great state.

Competing in Critical Initiatives: Last election cycle, the Democrats invested nearly $20 million in early voting, VBM, and GOTV initiatives, while we could allocate only approximately $400,000. This disparity greatly affected the outcomes of many close races. However, Republicans made significant gains in early voting and utilizing VBM as more Republicans embraced voting before Election Day, thanks to the efforts of our first Bank Your Vote gala.

2024 Results: Republicans were the only voting group who increased their share of mail/early voters from 2020 to 2024.

  • The Illinois Republican Party increased Republican mail and early vote turnout by 35%.

  • 1 in 4 low propensity Republicans voted before Election Day–the highest percentage in Illinois history.

  • Low propensity Republicans voted early and by mail at a higher rate than unreliable Democrats for the first time in IL history, outperforming them by 7.6%.

🔍 Ensuring True Republican Representation
A review of voting records in Chicago, suburban Cook County, St. Clair County, and East St. Louis revealed that many so-called Republican election judges have a history of voting in Democratic primaries—this is unacceptable. We must do better in ensuring Republican election judge positions are filled by those who uphold our values.
