The Texas Film Commission (TFC) partners with communities through programs like Film Friendly Texas and now Digital Media Friendly Texas to attract new investments in media production and drive local job growth. This partnership has resulted in more than $2.5 billion in local spending and created more than 189,000 production jobs across Texas.
Our next Film Friendly Texas & Digital Media Friendly Texas Virtual Workshop is set to take place on Thursday, April 10, from 9:30AM - 12:30PM on the Texas Film Commission website.
The target audience for this workshop are community representatives or local government organizations who serve as the community’s point-of-contact for facilitating media production requests. Most communities will choose a member of their city government, Convention and Visitors Bureau, Chamber of Commerce or Economic Development Corporation to attend.

It was an absolute pleasure to be able to meet so many of you and to learn about all the incredible movies, TV series, music videos, video games and more being made all over the Lone Star State!
