Last night, Donald Trump pulled Elise Stefanik’s nomination for Ambassador to the UN over concerns that her seat could flip blue and hand the House majority to Democrats this year.

Stefanik won that seat by a 24 point margin less than six months ago, and now the Trump team is panicking that she could be at risk. This comes on the heals of multiple massive Democratic victories in districts that Trump carried by anywhere from 15-30 points.

If this energy holds for Democrats, we could very well flip one or both Florida special election seats on Tuesday. If we do that, Mike Johnson will not be able to afford losing a single Republican vote in the House if he wants to pass Trump’s extreme agenda.

We must do everything in our power to win these races, to give voters a reason to vote for Democrats, and to show Trump and his allies that this agenda is unpopular as HELL.
