Hey John,
It’s a big week for us here at Maine Dems! But instead of spelling it out in a typical email format we thought we’d answer some frequently asked questions.
Before we start, would you rush $10 to help Maine Dems hit our huge end-of-quarter fundraising deadline before Monday at midnight? We’ve set a fundraising goal of $10,000 and we need grassroots donors like you if we’re going to get there!
You’re probably wondering what an end-of-quarter fundraising deadline is, why does it matter, and how you can help. Let’s get into it:
What is an end-of-quarter deadline?
Every three months, we have an end-of-quarter fundraising deadline where we report our fundraising numbers to the Federal Election Committee. After that deadline, the amount of money we’ve raised will go public.
Why does it matter?
From flipping Susan Collins' Senate seat to electing another Democratic governor who will stand up against the Trump-Musk regime, we’ve got a lot on the line. It’s important that when our fundraising numbers go public, we send a strong message to Republicans that Mainers are fired up and fed up!
Where is my money going?
Your generous donations go towards paying our hard-working staffers, registering voters, and knocking doors. And most importantly, your donations go towards ensuring the Maine Democratic Party has the resources we need to elect and protect Democrats in 2026 and beyond.
So John, did we convince you? If you’d like to help us hit our $10,000 goal before Monday, you can chip in any amount right now! Every dollar counts in the fight to protect Maine from MAGA extremism:
If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will process now. |
Thanks for taking action,
Maine Dems
