Just days ago, Ukraine and Russia agreed to a ceasefire—one that was supposed to protect the Black Sea and stop attacks on critical infrastructure.

Since the deal was signed, Russia has launched multiple missile and drone strikes on Ukrainian energy sites—even after Putin personally pledged to stand down.

Türkiye is stepping in to try and monitor the agreement. Sanctions relief is being offered to Russia as part of the deal.
