Midterm elections are decided by the party faithful. The party that motivates its base to turn out wins. It’s that simple.
We don’t know now which party will win this battle, but given the level of action President Trump is taking against the Left’s policies and institutions, it’s safe to assume that Democrats will be HIGHLY motivated next year.
