Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and their far-right MAGA movement continue to attack judges in verbal and written statements simply for doing their jobs and holding them accountable to the Constitution.
It’s getting so bad that judges are now receiving increased threats of violence and even death. For example, the judge who blocked Trump’s executive order to end birthright citizenship experienced a “swatting” attack in which police were sent to his home, as well as a fake mailbox bomb threat.

While threats against the judiciary have always existed, they are escalating both online and in person, especially with judges involved in cases against the Trump administration.
