For nearly 70 days, Trump and his team’s extreme and aggressive actions have been a non-stop drumbeat of chaos. In so many ways, trying to overwhelm us is their goal. So I won’t sugarcoat it, reclaiming our government from Trump and his band of billionaires won’t be easy.

Every step of the way, I have engaged with local, grassroots leaders in Rhode Island and across our country who are standing up for our communities and against the gutting of Social Security and Medicaid, firing essential public servants, and reducing nutrition assistance. While this will be amongst the hardest missions that we’ve ever had, we do this work to be there for our people on the tough days. I’m ready to be part of the next generation of leaders to bring our country through this challenge.
