If Trump gets away with this, who’s next? His legal team is arguing that he alone can decide who qualifies as an “enemy alien”—a dictator’s dream that shreds every American principle of fairness and justice.
This is the unchecked authoritarianism we’re facing right now. Trump is already ruling by decree, ignoring the courts, and dismantling legal protections for anyone who stands in his way.
