Hello John,

On Monday, March 31, we invite you to join us on the It Gets Better Twitch channel [[link removed]] for the digital world premiere of Ben in Bloom, a short film that redefines what it means to grow into yourself.

This isn’t just any premiere. It’s a full-circle moment.

Ben in Bloom tells the powerful, deeply personal story of Stella, a non-binary, queer teen from Bucks County, PA— and one of our former Youth Voices ambassadors. Two years after graduating from the program, she’s stepping into her truth as Stella—and letting the world see her in full bloom.

To mark Trans Day of Visibility, the event opens with a conversation featuring Stella alongside current It Gets Better Youth Voices exploring what it’s like to navigate the world as trans and non-binary youth today. Then comes the premiere of Ben in Bloom, followed by a live Q&A with Stella and the filmmakers.

We couldn’t be more proud to witness a Youth Voices alum not only owning her story, but sharing it with such honesty and purpose. It’s a testament to the power of storytelling—how it heals, connects, and empowers. And how it reminds every LGBTQ+ young person: you are not alone.

The film and conversation will also be available on our YouTube channel [[link removed]] following the event.

Hope to see you there.
