John, it's Hank Johnson, and unlike MAGA cowards in Congress, I am NOT afraid to meet with my constituents.

Here I am at a Medicaid roundtable I held with stakeholders, community leaders, and folks that will be impacted by the massive cuts Trump and Congressional Republicans are proposing: 📸

Congressional Republicans are too scared to face the truth: Trump is in the pocket of right-wing billionaires who want to cut Medicaid and other vital benefits to give the ultra-wealthy another tax break.

But it seems like a lose-lose situation whichever path they choose. Their constituents are angry that their Representative isn't standing up for them, and the same billionaires funding Trump are also promising to fund primary opponents for any Republican not willing to fall in-line with Trump's Agenda.

And while I'm poking fun, I know that the real issue is that this administration slashing funds for our most vulnerable populations will have real, devastating effects on people in my district AND people across America. Over 142,000 people in our district receive Medicaid, alongside 30,000+ households that receive SNAP benefits and 123 Title-I schools that depend on Department of Education funding and oversight in GA-04.

I've voted against these harmful policies every time they come up, but with Democrats in the minority in Congress, my constituents cannot afford for us to give up.

That's why I’m already gearing up for the 2026 midterm elections to support Democrats up and down the ballot—and we need your support.

Our End of Quarter Fundraising Reporting Deadline is just around the corner, and we're still $3,774 away from reaching our goal. John, will you chip in anything you can today to show MAGA Republicans the strength of our grassroots movement?

Thank you,
